Does Bunood replace our contract managers?
No. Bunood drafts and computes; people decide. Every response is edited and approved by your team, and each item shows whether it was drafted by AI, computed by the rules engine or decided by a person.
How are deadlines calculated?
By a rules engine set up from your contract, not by the AI. Notice periods, such as a 28-day notice of claim, are computed from the event date and shown on every related letter.
Which forms of contract does it support?
Bunood is configured for each project’s contract during onboarding, whether a standard form such as FIDIC or a bespoke contract.
Where do the citations come from?
Only from the sources a knowledge steward approves for each project: the contract, specifications, correspondence, minutes and records.
Can approvers work from Teams?
Yes. Reviewers and approvers can approve from Microsoft Teams and from mobile, within the limits of their delegation of authority.
How is Bunood licensed?
As an annual on-premise licence installed on your servers, private cloud or an isolated network, or as a monthly or annual cloud subscription that we host in a UAE data center or a cloud region in your country. Both include updates and support.
