Yes. The admin studio has a workflow designer, a form builder, business rules, SLA calendars and notification templates. Changes go through review before they are published.

Yes. Each service can be set up with or without a fee, and the applicant pays as part of the application. Payment is connected to your payment gateway during implementation.
