Does Kafaa reject candidates automatically?
No. Kafaa ranks candidates and shows the reasons, but only your recruiters and hiring managers can reject or advance a candidate.
How does the matching work?
For each vacancy you set the must-haves and the weight of each skill and experience requirement. Kafaa scores every candidate against them and shows which requirements they meet and which they don’t.
Where is candidate data stored?
In the UAE, on your own servers or in a UAE cloud region we run for you.
Can Kafaa post our jobs?
Yes. Post vacancies to your careers portal, professional networks and referral channels from Kafaa, and applications flow back into the same pool.
Is Kafaa the same as Birbal AI’s engineer hiring service?
