Madkhal · مدخل · Access control and visitors
Every gate, every visitor, on one screen.
Madkhal (مدخل, “entrance”) brings vehicle number-plate recognition, RFID cards, speed gates, turnstiles and visitor management into one platform. Hosts approve visitors from their phone, passes arrive as QR codes, the control room sees every lane live, and in an emergency you know who is still inside.

Why it matters
Security teams can’t watch ten systems at once
Barriers, card readers, turnstiles and visitor books each run their own system, and the control room stitches them together.
Separate systems
Vehicles, staff cards and visitors are handled in different tools, with no single record of who is on site.
Paper visitor books
Visitors are written down at reception, and hosts are called one by one.
No headcount in an emergency
When the alarm sounds, nobody knows who is still inside.
What Madkhal does
Vehicles, people and visitors in one platform
Vehicle ANPR
Number-plate recognition at boom barriers, with a review queue for unrecognised plates and a vehicle whitelist.
Cards, gates and turnstiles
RFID credentials for staff, and speed gates and turnstiles with anti-passback and tailgating detection.
Visitor management
Pre-registration and walk-ins, host approval on mobile with escalation, consent notices and QR passes with a time limit.
Watchlists
Flagged vehicles and people trigger an action at the gate and an alert in the control room.
Occupancy and mustering
A live headcount by building, and an emergency roll-call that shows who is unaccounted for.
Alarms, devices and reports
One alarm console, health checks for every controller, camera and gate, and audit reports on demand.
How it works
From the gate to the roll-call
- 01
Arrive
Vehicles are recognised at the barrier, staff tap their card and visitors check in at reception.
- 02
Approve
Hosts approve visitors on their phone, and a QR pass is issued for a set time.
- 03
Monitor
The control room sees every lane, alarm and device live.
- 04
Account
Occupancy is known at all times, and mustering shows who is safe in an emergency.

FAQ
Access control questions, answered
What is Madkhal?
Madkhal is a physical access platform: ANPR for vehicles, RFID cards, speed gates and turnstiles, visitor management with host approval, watchlists, occupancy and mustering, alarms, device health and reports.
Does it work with our existing gates and cameras?
Madkhal connects to access controllers, ANPR cameras, readers, barriers and turnstiles. We confirm your devices during scoping.
How do visitors get in?
They are pre-registered by their host or registered at reception, the host approves on their phone, and the visitor receives a QR pass valid for a set time.
What happens in an emergency?
Madkhal shows the live headcount and runs a roll-call, using the last known location from the access logs to show who is unaccounted for.
How is personal data protected?
Visitors consent to data capture, ID numbers can be masked or not stored, and personal data is purged automatically after the retention period you set.
Can it raise alarms automatically?
Yes. Tailgating, re-entry without exit, forced barriers, watchlist matches and devices that stop responding raise alarms for the control room to acknowledge and resolve.
How is Madkhal licensed?
As an annual on-premise licence installed on your servers, private cloud or an isolated network, or as a monthly or annual cloud subscription that we host in a UAE data center or a cloud region in your country. Both include updates and support.
