What is Darraj?
Darraj is a road-safety platform for delivery motorcycles. It gives the authority a command platform, delivery companies a portal and riders an app, all built on one safety record per rider.
Do you supply the trackers?
Darraj is the software. It works with sealed, tamper-evident telematics devices fitted to each bike; we integrate the devices you choose or help you specify them.
How are false violations avoided?
Every violation is two-tier: the device event creates an evidence packet, and a fine is issued only after a camera match or an officer confirms it. Riders can view the evidence and dispute it in the app.
What happens when a rider crashes?
The device detects the impact and opens a crash alert with the location and impact data. The operations room can dispatch a patrol and an ambulance, and the rider can also raise an SOS from the app.
Can a delivery company use it on its own?
Darraj is designed for an authority-led scheme. A large operator can also run the company portal and rider app for its own fleet, with safety scores, crash alerts and coaching.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The command platform, company portal and rider app work in Arabic and English.
How is Darraj licensed?
As an annual on-premise licence installed on your servers, private cloud or an isolated network, or as a monthly or annual cloud subscription that we host in a UAE data center or a cloud region in your country. Both include updates and support.
