Iqrar · إقرار · Regulatory data

One trusted source for your sector, from submission to supervision.

Iqrar (إقرار, “declaration”) is suptech for regulators: it replaces spreadsheets and email with one platform for periodic returns. Regulated entities submit their data through guided forms that check it as they go; your analysts review what the rules and AI flag, benchmark entities against the sector and track compliance cycle by cycle. The AI never rejects a submission; an analyst decides.

  • Guided submissions

Institutions submit against templates and validation rules, so errors are caught at the source.

  • Risks explained, not hidden

AI flags unusual values against the sector and history, with the reason and the row.

  • Benchmarks for the sector

Compare institutions on the KPIs you define, cycle after cycle.

Why it matters

Supervision built on spreadsheets

Regulators collect critical data by email and Excel, then spend the cycle cleaning it instead of using it.

Errors found too late

Totals that don’t add up and missing fields are discovered weeks after the deadline.

Every cycle starts from scratch

Templates, checks and reminders are rebuilt by hand, and history is scattered across files.

Risks hidden in the data

Outliers and inconsistent definitions slip through because no one can compare every entity, every time.

What Iqrar does

Collect, check, compare and act

Guided submissions

Entities submit each dataset step by step, with totals reconciled and errors shown before they press submit.

Validation rules

Rules check ranges, totals and consistency with earlier returns, and run automatically on every submission.

KPI and rule builder

Define KPIs, scoring bands, checks and routing without code, and preview them on last cycle’s data.

Review and risk queue

Analysts see every submission awaiting review, ranked by risk and service-level deadline.

AI-flagged anomalies

Unusual values are flagged with an explanation, such as a figure far above the sector median or last year, for an analyst to confirm.

Workflow and routing

Design how submissions are reviewed, returned and escalated, with notifications at every step.

Entity profiles

Each entity’s submissions, open queries, flags and history in one place.

Benchmarking

Compare entities on any KPI against the sector median and track the trend across cycles.

Sector analytics

Patterns across the whole sector, such as recurring definition errors, and the outlook for compliance.

How it works

One reporting cycle, from template to insight

  1. 01

    Configure

Your team sets the datasets, KPIs, validation rules and deadlines for the cycle, without code.

Entities fill in guided forms that check their data before it is submitted.

  3. 03

    Review

Analysts work through the risk queue, confirm or dismiss flags and send queries back to entities.

  4. 04

    Compare

Approved data feeds benchmarks, sector dashboards and the next cycle’s baseline.

FAQ

Regulatory data questions, answered

What is Iqrar?

Iqrar is a regulatory data platform. Regulated entities submit periodic returns through guided, validated forms, and the regulator reviews, benchmarks and analyses them in one place, in Arabic and English.

Which regulators is it for?

Any regulator that collects periodic data from the entities it oversees, for example education, health or energy regulators. Datasets, KPIs and rules are configured for your sector.

Do we need developers to change a template or rule?

No. Your team defines datasets, KPIs, scoring bands, validation rules and review workflows in a no-code builder and previews them on past data before publishing.

What does the AI do?

It flags unusual values and patterns, such as a figure far outside the sector range or last year’s value, and explains why. It never rejects a submission: an analyst confirms or dismisses every flag, and the decision is logged.

Can entities see their own history?

Yes. Each entity sees its submissions across cycles, open queries from the regulator and the status of every return.

Can it use our existing data?

Yes. As part of set-up we load your past cycles, so benchmarks and trends start from the history you already have.

How is Iqrar licensed?

As an annual on-premise licence installed on your servers, private cloud or an isolated network, or as a monthly or annual cloud subscription that we host in a UAE data center or a cloud region in your country. Both include updates and support.
