Sadu · سدو · Tourism intelligence
See your whole destination, and decide what comes next.
Sadu (سدو, the traditional weaving of the Gulf) weaves visitor, hotel, event, market and heritage data into one live picture for tourism and culture leaders. Ask a strategic question and get an answer from your own data, test a scenario before you commit, and let AI agents prepare the follow-up actions for a person to approve.

The destination, live
Visitors, hotels, events and transport on one map, updated through the day.
Plan before the big weekend
Test events, airline routes and marketing pushes against capacity before they happen.
From insight to action
Agents prepare the follow-up actions, and a person approves them.
Why it matters
Tourism decisions made on last quarter’s numbers
Visitor, hotel, event and licensing data sit with different teams and partners, so leaders see the destination late and in pieces.
Reports that arrive too late
Monthly decks describe what already happened, when the decision window has passed.
Events judged on instinct
Bidding for an event or a conference rarely has a clear forecast of visitors, hotel demand and impact.
Heritage knowledge locked away
Archives and research are hard to search, so cultural context rarely reaches planning.
What Sadu does
From live demand to approved action
Destination twin
Footfall, occupancy and capacity by area and attraction, live, with alerts when a place runs above or below target.

Visitor and market intelligence
Visitor segments, journeys and seasonality by source market, with the markets that are growing fastest.
Events and MICE
Evaluate event and conference opportunities against visitor, hotel and economic impact before you bid.
Hospitality intelligence
Hotel occupancy and performance by area, with early warning when capacity will run tight.
Regulation and licensing
Licensing, classification, holiday homes and event permits in the same view as demand.
Culture and heritage knowledge
Search archives, collections and research by meaning, and bring cultural context into planning.
Actions and approvals
AI agents draft overflow plans, offers and briefs; nothing goes out until the right person approves it.

FAQ
Tourism intelligence questions, answered
What is Sadu?
Sadu is a culture and tourism intelligence platform. It combines visitor, hotel, event, market, licensing and heritage data into a live picture of a destination, with a scenario lab, an executive AI and agents that prepare actions for approval.
Which data does it use?
The data you connect, such as hotel statistics, tourism licensing, event ticketing, attraction footfall and market data from partners. Each source keeps its owner and permissions.
Can it forecast the impact of an event?
Yes. The scenario lab and events module estimate visitors, hotel demand and pressure on roads and attractions for an event or a new source market, before you bid or commit.
Does the AI act on its own?
No. Agents draft plans, offers and briefs, but nothing is sent or published until the responsible person approves it, and every step is logged.
How is personal data handled?
Personal data is tokenised at ingestion and never appears in AI answers, access is limited by role, and data is encrypted with keys held in the UAE.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Screens, reports, the daily brief and the executive AI work in Arabic and English.
How is Sadu licensed?
As an annual on-premise licence installed on your servers, private cloud or an isolated network, or as a monthly or annual cloud subscription that we host in a UAE data center or a cloud region in your country. Both include updates and support.
