Do you provide 24/7 IT support?
Yes. The helpdesk, monitoring and security operations center run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Do you offer on-site IT support?
Yes, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Engineers visit your offices for hardware faults, installations, moves and anything that can’t be fixed remotely. Offices in the other emirates are supported remotely.
How much do managed IT services cost in the UAE?
It depends on the number of users and devices, how many sites need on-site cover, the response times you need, and whether security monitoring and application support are included. We send a written quote after a short assessment, so you know the cost before you sign.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We plan the handover with you so documentation, admin access, licences and open tickets move across in an agreed order, and support continues during the switch.
Can you work alongside our in-house IT team?
Yes. This is often called co-managed IT: your team keeps control of priorities, and we add 24/7 cover, on-site engineers, security monitoring or specialist skills.
Do you manage Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS?
Yes. We manage Microsoft 365 users, licences, email and Teams, workloads on Microsoft Azure and AWS, and on-premise servers. Azure has regions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and AWS has a Middle East (UAE) region, if your data must stay in the country.
Do you offer IT annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?
Yes. An IT AMC covers preventive maintenance and repairs for your hardware and systems over a year, for a fee agreed up front. Our IT AMC page explains what it covers and how it differs from fully managed IT.
How do government entities buy managed IT services from you?
Through the Abu Dhabi Government Procurement Gate, federal procurement with the Ministry of Finance, or your usual tender process. We hold a National ICV certificate and are an authorized vendor to five UAE government entities.
