What is Iklil?
Iklil is an awards management platform. It runs the award website, applications, screening, judging, committee decisions and published results in one place, in Arabic and English.
Can individuals and institutions both apply?
Yes. Each track can accept individuals, institutions or both, with its own application form, documents and declarations.
How does judging work?
The secretariat routes eligible entries to judging panels. Each judge scores their assigned entries against weighted criteria and adds comments; once submitted, an evaluation is locked and goes to the committee.
Can we run more than one award or cycle?
Yes. You can run several awards, each with its own cycles, stages, tracks and prize pools, and keep the history of every past cycle.
How do applicants sign in?
Applicants can sign in with UAE PASS or create an account. Staff, judges and committee members use your organisation’s single sign-on.
Can we edit the award website ourselves?
Yes. Pages, categories, announcements and results are managed by your team in Arabic and English, without a developer.
How is Iklil licensed?
As an annual on-premise licence installed on your servers, private cloud or an isolated network, or as a monthly or annual cloud subscription that we host in a UAE data center or a cloud region in your country. Both include updates and support.
