Iqlim · إقليم · City intelligence

One region, one picture, every decision informed.

Iqlim (إقليم, “region”) brings the data of every entity in a city or region into one living picture, without taking ownership of it. Leaders see how the region is doing and why, get early warning before small problems become large ones, coordinate the response across entities and test a decision on the twin before trying it on the city. The AI explains and recommends; decisions stay with the competent authority.

  • Federated: each entity keeps its data

Why it matters

Leaders see the city in pieces

Transport, utilities, municipal services and projects each run their own systems. The full picture reaches leadership late, in slides.

Problems found after residents feel them

Failing assets, congestion and service gaps surface as complaints, not as warnings.

No single owner of the response

When an event or incident touches several entities, coordination happens by phone and email.

Directives without follow-through

Once a priority is announced, there is no simple way to see whether it changed anything on the ground.

What Iqlim does

From signals to decisions to outcomes

Command centre

A living map of the region with layers for each domain, live alerts and a 48-hour forecast with confidence bands.

Regional pulse

A health score across domains such as mobility, services and projects, with the evidence behind every number.

Ask Iqlim

An executive AI advisor in Arabic and English that answers only from data you may see, cites its sources and names the responsible entity.

Early warning

Predictive signals, such as an asset likely to fail or a project slipping, with every prediction scored against what happened.

Coordinated response

Plans for events and incidents that assign tasks to each entity and track them to the outcome.

Leadership priorities

Directives turned into measurable priorities, tracked from the instruction to the change residents feel.

Quality of life

Neighbourhood scores for services, mobility, environment, safety and satisfaction, with side-by-side comparison.

Scenario simulator

Test a decision on the twin and see its ripple effects across connected systems before acting.

Entity workspaces

Each entity works in its own scope, and its progress flows to leadership without separate reporting.

How it works

From connected data to measured outcomes

  1. 01

    Connect

Each entity connects its systems; data stays with its owner and is shared under agreed permissions.

  2. 02

    See

The twin, pulse and early-warning feed show what is happening now and what is likely next.

  3. 03

    Act

Leaders ask questions, simulate options and assign coordinated tasks to the entities responsible.

  4. 04

    Learn

Outcomes are measured against predictions, and the playbook improves with every response.

FAQ

City intelligence questions, answered

What is Iqlim?

Iqlim is a city and regional intelligence platform. It combines data from every participating entity into a living twin of the region, with a health score, early warnings, coordinated response, a scenario simulator and an executive AI advisor.

Do entities have to hand over their data?

No. Iqlim is federated: each entity keeps ownership of its data, connects it under agreed permissions and approves any change to who can see it.

Does the AI make decisions?

No. It analyses, predicts and recommends, and every answer cites its sources. Decisions remain with the competent authority, and every recommendation is logged.

How do we know the predictions are any good?

Every early warning is scored against what actually happened, in a validation log leaders can see, so accuracy is measured rather than claimed.

Which data does it use?

Whatever the participating entities connect, such as transport, utilities, municipal services, projects, environment and statistics, through APIs, scheduled syncs or events.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Screens, reports and Ask Iqlim work in Arabic and English, including questions typed or spoken in Arabic.

How is Iqlim licensed?

As an annual on-premise licence installed on your servers, private cloud or an isolated network, or as a monthly or annual cloud subscription that we host in a UAE data center or a cloud region in your country. Both include updates and support.
